1. Introduction
Crabtree Enterprises, LLC d/b/a DACK Outdoors (“Crabtree Enterprises"), is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service. The Cancellation Policy allows us to maintain balance between our incredibly priced products with a hassle-free returns system.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders, or any part thereof, can only be cancelled before they enter a processing status. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full via DACK Outdoors store credit. If we have made an error with an order or have exceeded the shipping timeline that was provided at the time the order was placed, the refund can be issued via DACK Outdoors Store Credit or back to the payment method on file.

3. Customer Support Availability
Our Customer Support is open Monday - Friday, and is closed for weekends and holidays. If you submit a cancellation request while our Customer Support is open, we will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. If you submit your cancellation request while Customer Support is closed, we will make every effort to respond on the next day we are open. Please note that if you submit a cancellation request, there is no guarantee that your order will not go into processing before we are able to view and respond to your request.
